What you may have seen is Adm. Of the navy, it was awarded only once back in the 1800's.

I would put SRA and specialist on the same line because both are e4 and not NCOs

Hey C/PO1 Brooks i'm C/LCDR Del Valle down in Orlando,Fl. But anyways, i did Air Force jrotc, and the diamond inside the insignia for the sergeants in the Air Force means that the individual who's holds that rank is a First Sergeant. People with special jobs get the diamond aka First Sergeant
