- I really didn't know that! They are going to wash those two. Jumping with the ponies, but that's what the horses do in the pasture. Blomke and Belle play with each other. All the horses are grazing.

Zinc ointment for a sun screen for Risey's nose. I think you have done a wonderful job with Corelle. She's a different horse because of your care Yvonne. She looks so good and behaves beautifully for you. You have improved her life.
Totally agree. It's hard to imagine that it is that scared/bewildered horse that arrived at Stall H & only allowed Mathilde near her. Coralle has really become a beautiful horse with lots of personality, but also love & respect towards Yvonne.

@@lizelleerasmus6257 Correlle is such a strong horse. She pushed her way through the boundries and before long became the Boss. Amazing! Yvonne disciplined her and gave her the personal care she needed to feel loved and apreciated. She's become an intregal part of this herd. A wonderful tranformation.

Good job, Rein! His grooming technique is definitely growing, like he is. Daisy was very gentle and patient with him. And a jokester with the hose, I bet he learned that from Bauke! Lovely Risey ASMR, a long video of that would be great for falling asleep. Another beautiful day with the horses. 🥰

Well done Rein, I'm sure Daisy appreciates being clean. I think Belle with her long legs will be as tall as mum Uniek. Risey with Yfke reminds me of Sjors and the mares at Stal G , the protective male. They've really enjoyed the grass as the eaten it down to stubble. Great video. 👍🐎💕💕💕

@@pattyarcher302Horses love grass so much that I'm curious what it tastes like. I had a friend who used to grow some kind of grass in a container in his home. Then he'd put it in a blender and whip it, then drink it. It was supposed to be for health. He is no longer with us so I can't ask to taste that grass. I would just be curious.

Maybe Coralle was a little confused about where to go since the gate to the riding arena was still open. It wasn't that long ago that she regularly went there to play with Belle. And Saly, of course, refuses to go first because of the hierarchy.

All horses have their own personalities and Yvonne says there is hierarchy that comes into play. You probably can’t change nature even if you try. But I don’t know that for sure, just trying to justify horse nature. Still learning.🐴💕

Horses have their own social rules. By and large they don't get traumatised.
Zinc oxide cream, surfers and lifeguards have been using it for years! you can get it in a clear version, spf is 45.

Maybe it's sunburn on Risey's nose, due to his white nose. One of my boys also has a blaze all the way down. We put suncream on him every morning. A kids' lotion (DayLong Kids, I'm from Switzerland 😉) without any perfume. Since we've been doing this, he no longer has any spots. He gets a treat for it and is now doing pretty well.

for Risey's nose, you may try some aloe vera gel. aloe vera has vitamin E and is soothing relief. just cut a piece and squeeze the gel on the area and spread it over the treatment area.
I treated a burn on my leg ftom a motobike tail pipe with an aloe vera spike.

Prevention is better than cure.
A halter with a piece of mesh or canvas ect covering his nose with sunscreen will protect it.
Aloe Vera doesn't grow outside in the Netherlands, I don't think I've ever seen those leaf-spikes for sale here to use directly.
You can get creams and salves and such made with aloe vera for humans, but I don't know if there are horse-safe versions of these.
Aloe Vera does not grow outdoors in the northern US. Many people grow it as an indoor plant to use when needed.

For Risey´s nose, if it is sunburn give him af flymask. If it is a fungus, I used for my horse, which had fungus spots on the head, colloidaal zilverwater hydrosol van de Cruydhof. Applied 2 / 3 times a day and after 5 -7 days spots gone. Succes

Sometimes I use other languages to calm down animals I don’t know. It can be Danish, English, Friesien, French, It is all in the voice, all in the tone of voice, all in the body language.
Friesian really is lovely. I don't understand it, but often that is not necessary anyway.

Sweet Glendy is soaking up every single moment of her pamper session with Silke & Vera nothing beats that one on one attention from some kids to make an equine happy. I love how Yvonne’s continuing the tradition of opening up her barn to young kids who love horses just as much as she does,the same way Rein Sr. did for her & others. The world can always use more kindhearted people who genuinely are passionate about 🐎 & all animals it makes for a better place to be in my humble opinion,animal lovers are my favorite kind of humans.🤗🖤

How great that the girls groom the ponies so much and give them attention. Its an awesome help. Risey has sunburns on his WHITE nose. Sun protection cream works or to cover it with a fly mask with nose. Thry all look great. Thanks.

When a horse questions your life choices as you video his nose
Risey does need a sunscreen daily even though you said he doesn’t like it . I had a light orange colored cat with a pink nose . She eventually got a bad scab that wouldn’t go away and it was Squamous Cell Cancer. That’s when I learned that light colored cats with pink noses are outside are prone to cancer. It is the same for fair skinned humans and probably horses and dogs . ❤
Yeah, our cat got that towards the end. Grey horses and pink skinned horses are very susceptible - Risey is pink skinned on his nose.
Daisy stood so patiently while Rein was washing her. Goedzo Daisy and goedzo Rein! Of course Glendy and Silke and Vera did great also!

Risey is the King of Stal H just like Sjors at Stal G. Coralle is a beautiful horse & an excellent mom to Belle. I don't think a better mom could've been selected. Glendy & Daisy enjoyed their spa days.I get such a kick out of Shiny, she's so cute running on her little legs. Rein did an excellent job bathing Daisy just like Silke & Vera did with Glendy.

English is always interesting..like your name Yvonne is pronounced differently. Love our Rising Star and what a Star he is!!! Like parents we all see something in our children that reminds us of mom or dad sometimes even grandparents...with Belle is there anything you see in her that reminds you of Uniek? For me there is something in Reintje that so reminds me of Uniek and I cant put my finger on it. I was so laughing at Rein, trying to get his mom with the water hose lol.
