Thanks for the tips. I really like the out of the box features of this phone and the extra software features. I've had phones with strictly stock android but always missed the software tweaks that LG skins have.

Sadly it doesn't have led notification light
It does im using Lg v30 And It has Notification light just Search on settings "flash Alert" then you will just turn it on

One complaint I have with this phone and many others:
Once I get my home screen setup the way I want it there needs to be an option to lock down the icons and widgets so I don't accidentally move stuff around when I have my phone open in my hand.

Love both..😎✌👌 hey another koo trick for the v30 is, on any home screen page right.touch the middle of the screen downward position, and it brings up most recent text,apps,call logs,web etc all in one swipe.. Check it out. It was pretty clean idea for that..👍😉

I love my V30, but I must admit, the slowness of the face and voice unlock makes them totally useless. The fingerprint works very nice though, which is probably much more important. Still, I wish V30's face unlock were as awesome as the 5T's
Hows battery backup n ram management of this device?
All you need to do, what i did, is keep strenghtening the v30 fave unlocke verytime it fails. Mine id as good as the 5t cause ive done it many,times

Lg v30+ vs note 8 which is good ?
Loved the screen cap options in the floating bar. Went to enable it and it's not an option. Only shortcuts, music player and quick contacts are listed. Maybe my recent os upgrade?

You can't. I have a G6 on Oreo and it's just able to turned off.

Don't buy this device,all those reviews on the net are not objectives,the quality of the screen,the colors,are not good,the battery life is mediocre...never buy an lg,this is the first and the last experience with them
Nice video. When you clearing memory (15:58 mins) you said 69%of the memory available. Actually 69% already in use. Even after optimizing it holds 61% which is worst that galaxy s8. It at least clear 50%.
How much ram it occupied all the time normally?

Believe what you want... Do you have the phone?? I doubt it cause the camera is not good and does not compete with any of top flagship phones. Some mid tier phones are better. I personally think the g6 has a better camera. If you have used it and used any other top phone this year you would know what I'm talking about

SDav21 do you have the phone?? I have had glitches with speaker phone and camera app a lot. Plus camera quality outside of great light is not good

S8+ has tall and thin screen, as well as my'n S7 2016 camera.
No QDAC, no wide angle and this really stupid placement of fingerprint scanner.
At the end of the day you can't say witch one is better, its just comes from every person needs.
Overall quality build is the same, someone will like Poled over the AMoled.

PixelLord Totally agree, I think Samsung is too perfect. The lg v30 is amazing, but also has character, unlike iphones and Samsung's.
Not really, the only thing the s8 has on it is the front camera beside that it has nothing.
