Hi Leonie, may I ask whether you off-load the roller at the end of each printing day, or do you keep the roller on the blankets set to the printing height overnight? I plan to print a larger edition, and anticipate printing over a 7 to 10d period. Thanks!
@@greeniearts Hi, if it was overnight and I was editioning, I’d probably leave it. 7-10 days is a long time to leave blankets though. I’d probably play it safe and reset the press each day.
Hi, my etching press is from Neil Wallace Printmaking Supplies in Australia. They only ship presses within Australia. The bed size is big enough to fit a full 56x76cm sheet of paper.
Hi, this particular etching press is from Neil Wallace Printmaking Supplies in Australia, and can only be purchased in Australia. There are different brands of etching press available in different parts of the world though, and they all pretty much work the same way, so you may be able to find something local to you by searching online.
Usually I prefer such type of videos without music in the background. But here it is the opposite.
