+cookingwithalia true that would be easier but it's so hard to find a lot of things where I live I've been watching your videos continuously for days now and it's only making me hungry I wish I could just order everything 🤗 Uve got talent mashallah

+Robert Sołdyński A tajine/ tagine is basically a stew type dish, so one doesn't really need the special pot... although one would be nice because the steam from cooking condenses and returns the flavours to the pot. :-)
Oussama N we don't give a fuck !!! we all know it's a Moroccan dish . So , if you're liking it and cooking it in Algeria too , it's ok !! enjoy it ... we don't want to know the new awkward name .. you called it "The sweet meet" !!! so weird and tricky .. hmmm .
Well as you know well tagine is the dish not the actual food you've cooked which isn't called tagine anymore when you cook it in normal pan. Tagine has to be cooked in its dish at a very low heat!

Hi alia do u know a recipie for ras el hanout that we could make If we can't find it?
+Farah Esmail I usually just buy it - much easier. but will add it to my list!
+cookingwithalia true that would be easier but it's so hard to find a lot of things where I live I've been watching your videos continuously for days now and it's only making me hungry I wish I could just order everything 🤗 Uve got talent mashallah
farah esmail you can easily find the recipe of ras el hanout om google
Hi dear, you didnt show us how you made the almonds?
Did you just blanche and peel and then browned them in butter?
Boil the almond first.. And then remove the cover.. Finally you fry it or make it in oven till it became golden
They sell then withiut the cover in Lidl so you can just fry it x
Hi alia can you use canned prunes for this recipe? Or does it have to be dried
+Farah Esmail oh no, not really :-( you need dried prunes. I think canned prunes are in some sort of syrup and it wont taste good :-(
+cookingwithalia oh ok thank u alia it's just I'm my country it's hard to find but that's ok I'll hunt for it thank u for responding
+Farah Esmail buy the fruit and dry it by yourself the Moroccan way .. That's what I did and it tastes amazing
thank you so much for this recipe . my mom always puts sugar instead for honey because I'm allergic to it anyways bon courage ma chérie
+Mouna Mchachti Sugar or Honey - both work :-)
hi alia can we change the meat by lamb?
Yaa of course
Everything is perfect except, I don’t know what Ras El Hanout is, plus I live in the US, do you have the name in English? Or an equivalent in the US?
hey i love your vids as usual. but im interested in korea i would also love to see a non cooking related vid about maybe your ultimate korean favorites so far? or maybe a korean doin ur make up the korean style? 😁😁 i don't know i feel it would be fun.😄
Love you😘😘 kisses from Morocco 🙌
Why didn’t you use a Tajine?
Oh yeah
how can I cook tagine without tagine pan
+Robert Sołdyński Just as shown in the video.
Enderu666 so in normal pan I can cook any kind of tagine
+Robert Sołdyński
Technically you can. It's slightly different, like wood and oven baked pizza.
+Robert Sołdyński A tajine/ tagine is basically a stew type dish, so one doesn't really need the special pot... although one would be nice because the steam from cooking condenses and returns the flavours to the pot. :-)

Well as you know well tagine is the dish not the actual food you've cooked which isn't called tagine anymore when you cook it in normal pan. Tagine has to be cooked in its dish at a very low heat!
So where is a tagine here? You cook in normal pots 😬
