It took me almost a year to feel anywhere close to normal after having my son. Self care is so important!! I went from doing all the things to keep myself healthy and thriving while pregnant to just forgetting myself almost entirely and putting all energy into my baby. Honestly I'm almost 2.5 years into being a mom and I JUST started feeling like myself and finding myself again. The toddler stage is 1000% more fun than the newborn stage. It gets SO much easier after they turn 1
Number 1 thing I tell all new moms. TAKE TIME FOR YOURSELF. You'll always feel bad about it it never gets easier. Especially when those little toes come running after you to tag along! But You need it! And also you deserve it! I'm a mom of 4, and I come back as a more refreshed attentive mom!
It is really hard to get used to a new lifestyle when it comes to adding a kid to life….but very shortly you will forget what life was like before your kid. Just do what brings you joy!!!
Lisa love the hair color on you remember to always take a little time for yourself daily if on a few minutes here and there every minute counts. Corny is adorable and i don't think it's odd or gross her kissing you it's sweet. Loving vlogmas ❤
