i love the new emblem, i like the idea of clear silicone for protection, another idea you could use in the other area is clear finger nail polish it, bugs will not get stuck to it
Hello Don, big fan of your work coming from Georgia USA. I have a 2024 GMC Sierra Denali. My vehicle came with the Red illuminated emblem. To get the black illuminated emblem would it be as simple as removing from the front of the grill or would I need to go through the engine bay as you did in this video. Thanks for your time.
Reaching the tabs is the hardest part. Removing the air diverter above the radiator can be helpful. I don’t have experience with your grill to comment on access from the front

That looks pretty bright on camera, is it really like that or is the camera picking it up more than it appears? I ask because mine certainly doesn't look that bright and now wondering if I have a dud.

The new emblems came out a few months ago with new part numbers they are updated and fixed so they will not go out like the first ones did I had mine on backorder for almost 2 years before they finally came out.

I’ve seen others run it to the passenger side light, guessing it doesn’t matter really? Also, does it light up when the head lights are off and just the running Halo style lights are on?
Don who would you recommend is a reliable manufacturer that I can get a fog light kit for my 2021 at4 diesel driver's side. A bird strike got me and the dealership wanted to charge 1360.00 for just one side. I need it to be genuine GM parts. Thanks for any help you may have

Add some Dielectric Grease to the plugs in order to keep the moisture out to keep the Emblem from shorting out/failing.
Not much worse than when something on a vehicle ain't working

How was the removal of the old emblem?
Did you destroy it?
It went fine (slow going). No broken tabs just some nicks and bruises to them from the prying tools.
Don have question for you about the GMC Sierra 1500 can you install hiden warn winch system ? Any suggestion can see to find a system sierra 2024

It is an iphone thing. It makes the emblem look brighter than actual. It is the same brightness as the one I had from 2021.

Isnt there a couple places locally that do hats and jackets and such. Pretty sure there is one in sutherland. Or is the states cheaper?
Packing and shipping out of Saskatoon one hat order at a time is not economically sustainable. Also over 80% of the audience is US based

You can run to either side and they come on with the Daytime Running Lights
