Just a few tips for sewing with vinyl use a Teflon foot or use tissue paper or some type of stabilizer so that your foot doesn’t get stuck on the vinyl. very nice video. Thank you.
Bonjour.
You're welcome! I'll probably do a video soon on how to take the measurements you choose and convert that into a rectangle size and box corner size! Have a nice day! ☀️
Love it! I have a great love for fabric grocery bags. So much fun to make, and they can be so pretty!! I wish I had done my straps like you did on this last one I made; I hope they hold up. Oh well, if not I'll just remove them and copy the way you did yours. LOL
Thank you! I've not made one, but there are lots of jelly roll rug patterns out there now, so you could definitely make one from 2.5" strips sewn together. ☀️
Great question! I will add the info to the description - here is the link to the straps I bought. Thank you! ☀️www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0097K2JF8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Oh sure, you could, on the GENTLE cycle, but with the vinyl tablecloth lining, I'd air dry it. Thanks for the question. My preference would be to spot clean only.

Did you try increasing your foot pressure to help with the feed dogs feeding the fabric?
Thanks! My machine doesn't have a manual adjustment for the presser foot pressure. I should've used my walking foot! ☀️
What a great idea. Could you figure a way to make small rugs out of these scraps?
Thank you! I've not made one, but there are lots of jelly roll rug patterns out there now, so you could definitely make one from 2.5" strips sewn together. ☀️
I wish my scrap pile was that tiny
That is just one of the benefits of sewing in a converted closet! HA! Thanks for watching! ☀️

Go chiefs! Do you live in KC?
Thanks for tuning in. And yes, I do!
Can this bag be machine washed?
Oh sure, you could, on the GENTLE cycle, but with the vinyl tablecloth lining, I'd air dry it. Thanks for the question. My preference would be to spot clean only.
