    Really most of what you talked about is yourself. How about some research statistics that go beyond your personal triathlons and work with athletes ?

    Great advice, why don’t they use it for people with depression?

      Some people with depression have benefited, but that's not generally the main reason they come through this program. With a holistic focus that also includes physical training, nutrition, and a cognitive/neuropsychological element in addition to HBOT, there are a lot of benefits.

    HBOT - good for attention and cognitive function, so perhaps for ADHD?
