- Byron Bay is my blissful nirvana, my place of perfect peace and hapiness. A place far far away from home that gives me the feeling of finally belonging somewhere. I found my community, kindred spirits with whom it feels like we shared past lives, meeting again after so long. I know that no matter where I go next, half of my heart will remain here.

Your video just came up in my Home page so I gave you a watch and I enjoyed it all the way through. As someone who writes poetry from time to time, I loved your descriptive beginning piece that sets the tone for the rest of the video. I'm glad that you stumbled upon a place (for however long that may be) that presented itself as a realm of refuge. Also, you going out and finding friends is great, that definitely helps acclimate you to a foreign place faster and more gracefully. (shout out to them for accepting you as a friend, not everyone is willing to open up to someone they don't know) I'm so with you on caring less about the stresses life presents, especially caring about the opinions/judgements of others. Just do you regardless. Whether its Byron Bay or another location, I hope you continue to feel the same sense of belonging and community and stay grounded in your beliefs and morals you stand on in life. You seem very genuine and thankful for what life offers you, and I wish well in your journey! We're all living and figuring out wtf to do next, but we find a way to keep going. That's all I got!

I am really happy for you that you found a place where you can seperate yourself from what has been holding you back, like societal perceptions and social anxieties. I am even more happy that you are finding yourself able to live unrestricted and to enjoy the moment. Those are such big skills and lessons to learn. I do want to say that as a fellow adventurer - if you will - who is a young women, to remember to listen to yourself. If things, life or relationships, feel like they are moving to fast, it is okay to slow them down. Although, living fast can be thrilling and bring so many joyous feelings, living fast can also be risky and place us in a more vulnerable position because we are putting a lot on the line for something to work out. I don't know if this will make sense for you and your life but you said some things that made me think that this may connect with you. SO basically what I am saying is listen to your intuition - you seem to have a good one - and enjoy the fast connections and intense joys of life but know that their is also a risk of vulnerability or instability that should try to mind too. Again these words are just projections of my own experiences but maybe it will make sense for you too.

It is something I keep asking myself recently, everytime I make a decision that seems abrupt, "is this me ? Is this something I'm doing for the spontaneity of it ?" But it's true I haven't had much time to stop and journal or just be in my thoughts recently and it feels like I'm losing myself sometimes.
