I got the edc belt from SOE. I'm 315lbs, 6'7" and carry a glock 17, spare mag and a Flagrant Beard Havoc knife 12-14 hours a day, 7 days a week. Awesome product!
I just looked at my order history. I bought my 1.5 cobra on June 2014, its worn every day. Trianed with it this morning. I try to afford a pistol class a year, and only run it. Its been 5 years and man its still strong. I love it.
"we brush or teeth for three minutes at a time" us Brits laughing at the thought of brushing teeth... all silly comments aside thanks again Mr Yeager for putting this video up.
I've been using and trusting my life to Cobra style buckles(didnt know they they were called that) for about 10 years. As long as its clipped in all the way you're good to go. In EXTREME use they can get packed with fine dirt and junk and prevent it from locking so watch for that. Usually just beat it on something and you're good to go.
Jourdan See they use cobra buckles on a lot of the safety harnesses now and your definitely right about keeping them clean I had a few times where they didn’t lock in properly due to crud in them
Had my EDC belt for like 6 or 7 years. Excellent. WHere it on base with my uniform and carry my gun with it. Insane how it literally only shows wear on the buckle
Why is it so many of you tactical guys think it"s only men interested in buying and wearing such equipment? From my experience, the equipment made "for women" is pretty woosey. Pretty? i guess but I'm not really interested in a pink tactical belt. I prefer black and useful....practical over pretty. Don't forget there are women out here who want to protect ourselves too. And we can look pretty damn hot in a black tactical belt.
Just got my SOE 2" Cobra Duty Belt. It is lighter and stiffer than my standard duty belt and the thing is built like a tank. It will out live me. I will pass it on to my son someday...well hopefully he is smart enough to not be a cop too...
Remember the first time I saw this video. I have my belt on every damn day. Its Coyote tan I think 🤔 💭 It looks 👀 better when it’s in pants 👖 it doesn’t match. Thank You 🙏🏿 Boss

Christ, absolute unit
Best cover for the history of our belt use that I have ever seen. I have been around long enough to recall all these iterations. Thanks!
I believe this video is at least 5 years old. So when john is talking about the history just add +5 years to each point in the timeline.
Ordered a 2" Duty Belt based on your video. Looking forward to putting it to work. Love the video, straight up and direct.

I bought mine in 2019 and my belt is still as good as new. How is yours holding up?
Long live James

I love my edc. Been going on 2 years now. Flawless. My favorite part is the tag that says made in the mother trucking usa
I am one of the people that had to ask what the Velcro liner is for! Thanks for the video, made my choice of belt way easier!
Best damn belt ever made!
I love my SOE belts! I miss James Yeager.

The metal literally wears (only superficial) more than John’s sewing. Bomb proof.
Ur best is so awesome had for a few years now and NO issues with it
Two of the "realist" people in the industry. Thanks for the capabilities you allow us all to have and learn.
James one question, who were the two young buff guys in the video? 🤔

Fair enough but UA-cam says 99.something percent of MY viewers are men.
@@TacticalResponseCrew I get that. Just don't forget about us. We may be tiny but we are mighty and we matter.
Great information

SOE is some good stuff and Yeager your looking in better shape again. Looks like your adding muscle and losing weight.
Old video but I AM gaining muscle and loosing weight!
Damn I've liked this video multiple times thanks to youtube canceling channels and shit...
Bad ass beards

John Willis is always a win.
