Well, as for your suggestion, I choose specific words for reading exercise that help learners recognize the letter in different situations, but these words are sometimes not common and not so helpful for beginners, such as a name of a city or some verbs that are super advanced, so teaching their meanings might not help, but I found that you and many learners would like to learn more vocabulary, so I'll try to increase the number of words that I teach, and I hope that it will be better for you. Thanks again for your comment.
