I was the treasurer of my cosmetology school student council and was falsely accused of stealing money by the president of the student council who WAS stealing money. It was a huge deal. I wasn't even a teenager. I was 25. The president was in her 40s. It was insane.
We had a social committee at work and me and the other chair would trade off stashing the lockbox. We were both 24/25 and the admin rep who was like 40 stole all our funds one time and it was like… 2-300 dollars. She had a stable office job like why lose a 60 grand job for that amount? It was 10+ years ago and i never found out why.
I see Zach as more of a waterway that keeps jumping the banks and forging new tributaries in various, chaotic directions. Some return to the main flow, others just wander off...
The California State Controller's office also has an unclaimed property portal and it's very fun to look up celebrities. Fun fact: Google appears to owe Ned 17 cents. Wonder if he needs that.

Zach - to improve deep sleep, some things that worked for me: trying to wake up consistently at the same time on weekends as weekdays, trying to reduce screen time / blue light 1-2 hrs before trying to sleep (I don't succeed on this enough) and actually Headspace sleep meditations on nights I was feeling particularly jittery / anxious :). Also trying to get any urgent deadlines for next morning out the way previous night as I feel my body keeps waking me up through the night in anticipation. Don't know if this will help, just sharing my thoughts :) Lots of love to the whole team!

So as siblings, my dad and my uncle are on the same rung. Then my uncle’s daughter and I are each one rung down, first cousins. My cousin’s daughter is another rung down on her side, so she is once removed from me (so she and I are first cousins once removed). My kids will be another rung down on my side, and thus on the same rung as my first cousin’s daughter, and thus our kids would be second cousins, etc.
It's the Unclaimed Prooerty division of the Treasurer’s Office. If you never cash a refund check from a company they gave to turn it over to the state after 3-7 years as unclaimed property. Or if you don't close a bank account or stop paying for a safety deposit box. The companies/ institutions have required steps to take to try and reach you before they forward the possessions/funds to the state.
i was in multiple clubs in high school where students were allowed to run things. it mostly led to petty corruption, like choosing their friends to go to competitions together and "accidentally" never assigning competitions to kids they didn't like. but one time a student was basically organizing a out of state field trip alone and they accidentally spent everyone's money on flights for the wrong dates. that was the end of the club.
Be careful with magnesium, if you take more than like 250mg you might get poisoning. I felt nauseous and had diarrhea. I was just like oh you just pee out extra vitamins and took two 200mg tablets and it made me real sick. Its a mineral, so yeah take the proper dosage.

Zack's memory about his first audition as a kid reminded me of my one and only acting audition as a child. It was for pop tarts, they had like a bunch of kids and their parents in this drab room. It had grey carpet, beige walls and horrible fluorescent lighting, seats were set up like you were at a doctors office. When they finally called my name they had me deliver my lines while jumping on a trampoline... It was very unnerving i did not get the part.

Deep sleep is usually towards the beginning of your night, so it's particularly important to relax to get your body ready for that, getting off your phone and read or do some breathwork. Also I absolutely empathize that with chronic pain movement can be hard but the more you tire your body physically the better youll sleep because you're cuing your body to reset and refresh for the next round of demand on your body.
