3:01 $15.50 per hour for a Technical Support Specialist? More like $23.00 base start pay per hour or more depending where you live. I don't know of anyone that would take $15.50 per hour for a Technical Support Specialist position.

I have A+, Net+, and Security+, however, it is still difficult to find get into an entry-level position for Help Desk or Desktop positions. Positions these days are asking for a couple years of experience, which makes it very difficult.
