Episode 69: Koel Agrees To Come With Abhay

Abhay tries to persuade Koel to come with him, Sanjana and other members of the academy get angry seeing Abhay touching Koel. Abhay uses Nikhil to persuade Koel in front of the whole academy. He indirectly blackmails her in the name of Nikhil. At last, Koel agrees to accompany Abhay to his place. I really like this show. But Indian TV's continuous mistreatment and misrepresentation of Muslim characters seriously need to be stopped. You don't show a vegetarian Brahmin to eat meat. Then why do you always show Muslim characters to drink, bow before Hindu Gods, or do things that completely non-Islamic? Another Army Cadet show, Left Right Left, did a good job in it. There was a Muslim character who was equally patriotic, but who never drank alcohol. There was a Punjabi character very rooted to his culture as well. Representation should be respectful to everyone.
They are special agents they are trained to eat and drink everything for survival due to different mission for them there is no religion only country. Even in hindu culture drinking is not allowed

The problem is Koyal. Neither her husband nor the son wants to live with her. She probably knows that she will lose the court battle for her son's custody. So she wants to put up with the abuse. That is her choice and people should not feel sorry for her. She is taking her decision as per her free will. Everyone expects Karan to solve their problems. The best he can do is stay away from these troubles. The smartest woman in the group is Suman ji. She doesn't do any rona dhona.
This comment right here is why women CAN’T speak up about abuse. Sumanji has a loving husband so she expects the same from ever, she’s lived a closed off life where she mostly experienced love. Koel’s husband is influential and rich so he can do anything to get away with anything he does.
Koel doesn’t want Nikhil knowing about the abuse because she doesn’t want to “ruin” his childhood. And her not telling Nikhil also stops her from being able to report against Abbay. If Abbay goes to jail because of Koel’s report, Nikhil will blame Koel because he doesn’t know the truth.
Just cuz someone makes the choice of not getting away from abuse doesn’t mean they aren’t being wrong. They still deserve sympathy/empathy.
Also Sumanji DOES do “Rona Dhona”. But Sumanji’s pain and situation is different. Sumanji does rona dhona over her gifts from her husband and her parents.

Do you know how many people die in domestic abuse situations just cuz they couldn’t speak up? Its not Koel’s fault that she’s stuck in this relationship. She got married to an influential man that will get her back under any means.
And people with the ideology of Sumanji and you are the reason people that get abused in a Desi society can’t speak up. A woman tries to speak up against her husband and instead of receiving support she gets reproached and told that it’s her fault
