I want to mention this to everyone, this is gonna be my final investigation type of video, as I don’t want to continue doing stuff like this mostly because it’s just too much negativity and anxiety for me. As I want to continue to focus on my Kajiu content as I really want to bring back the Golden age of Godzilla and my 2016 content. But I’m still willing to give updates on this situation if anything new happens, but I’ll continue doing coverage video like the Stem video I did but beside that doing investigations videos are not for me. I only did this video because I got myself into this situation and I will take accountability.
@@Zillathegreenkajiu 1. carno refused to delete the pictures he drew of noah even after knowing she was a minor. 2. carno peer pressured noah into thinking it was okay to draw those pictures, you dont have to be a minor in order to be a groomed victim, as grooming is manipulation and not specifically tied to age. My point in my video was about how like if even if he didnt know, the legality of drawing those pictures still says he could be punished for it, carno even admitted that in my video that it was illegal. the grooming was him pressuring noah into thinking it was okay, not anything to do with noahs age, meanwhile I made a seperate point pointing out the legality of it, the point you sourced to in the video isnt really that good in my opinion. Hypothetically If an adult doesnt know the age of someone and ends up sleeping with said person, that still holds them legally accountable. Minors cant draw that stuff either its illegal. Minors cant be doing stuff with other minors, it's illegal.
Well your right on the legality part because it’s sadly truth, but just because it’s legal it doesn’t mean it’s okay, because again the Zack Anderson’s case where he slept with a minor not knowing she lied about her age. But still went to jail because of that law, It’s kinda depends on what kind of porn they draw, if it’s something like a real person then yes it will be illegal to do. The same can be said about the persona one as well, since your telling me this is it possible you have those Ss on Carno forcing Noah into doing those thing since it could changes things since you mention it.
