I use a wood skewer to flip it over .It is so yummy we have it with coconut chutney. The coconut has so much of water. The rabits are so lucky to have coconut water. Scros be careful while taking tge banana from the vessel.
If you use the device to squeeze lime you will get more and faster job. Cut it in half and squeeze it .for more coconut juice gring the coconut in the blender put a clean cloth over a strainer and squeeze you will get so much of juice. Just some tips . I live these bananas .my dad had this tree. He had a variety of banana trees . Happy cooking .
