My family has lived in England since at least the early 1800's that i can trace on one side. My DNA shows no English (Angla saxon), which surprised me. 41.3% Scandinavian, 40.5% Irish, Scottish and Welsh, 11.2% Eastern European, 3.5% Baltic and 3.5% Italian. Eamon you are the same as me and it's because we are Irish DNA. I am entirely untouched as well. People always tell me I look Spanish so the original Irish must have had dark hair and eyes etc...

@@Warriorking.1963 That’s rubbish a Neolithic body 6000 years old was found and tested in Co Clare … they then tested the local people, and school kids …….. and a huge amount of them were actual ancestors of this Neolithic person ….most of my family whom took these DNA tests have come back 100 Irish and Britain

    • @Warriorking.1963

Oh BS MsMilliemay. What I said isn't even considered controversial! The Celts arrived in Ireland around 1000BC, they called themselves "Gaelic", which means "Foreign Invader", to distinguish themselves from the people they were murdering and enslaving.
As for the Neolithic DNA in the "huge amount" of those tested in Co Claire, well nobody claimed the Celts were ever against a little - how shall I put it - "forced socialising" with their slaves.
Unfortunately I can't post links on UA-cam, but even the most basic search on Google should confirm what I said.

Seriously stop embarrassing yourself, modern Irish people can trace back there ancestry through DNA thousands of years. The celts didn't replace anyone, they became part of Irish culture, just like the Vikings and Normans.
