1) L-shape
2) minimalist
3) 2 bedrooms
4) well ventilated
5) garden (preferably with space for a swing)

Hi, I like your designs and I love to watch your creations. I would like to request from you to please make a design for an L-Shaped size of lot with 2 storey with rooftop (half covered for sky lounge). 1 guest room/theatre room at 1st floor near kitchen, 2br at 2nd floor. upon entering the main door, it is open concept from 2nd floor ceiling down to 1st floor. For the actual size of lot, just draw a rectangle (vertically - 22m x 6.50m) and add another rectangle to the right (10m x 7.50m) and you can have an L-shaped. Plus with 1 car port at the front. Hopefully it's not complicated designs.. but I trust you can do it.. Thanks in advance.

I do request you to create a three-story house with round porches on each level for us on the 15 m 20 m lot. We would like to have two carports on the ground floor and we do not need a pool. We would like to have a home office on the ground floor. We would like to have an open concept with tons of natural lights on each level. We would like to have a maximum of four master suits in the entire house. We would like to have one suite on the ground floor. We would like to have a maid room and driver room on the ground floor.
