About Me 👇:
I'm Dani Kilani, a Canadian Medical Student. I applied to only one medical school during my third year of my undergraduate degree and gained my acceptance to medical school. I spent three years at the University of Western Ontario studying One Health, an interdisciplinary approach to health problems that looks at the intersection of human, animal and environmental health. Since my undergraduate degree, I have been passionate about applying theories and principles, in a practical sense to improve the way I think and act. I hope you find the videos on my channel helpful in taking your thinking to the next level!
Summary:
Framework for ethical scenarios:
(1) restate problem
(2) explain a few decisions and who it concerns/affects
(3) summarize highlights of potential solutions + your final answer
Framework for personal questions: prepare a list of specific experiences.
(1) Situation - provide specific context of conflict
(2) Task - your goal
(3) Action - what you did specifically
(4) Result - reflect on outcome, self-improvement
Very useful ! Thanks for making the video.
This was great information, thanks Dani!
No worries Rudra, glad to hear it was helpful!!
I guess I'm quite off topic but do anybody know of a good place to watch new series online?
Why is it beneficial to go over the potential decisions, wouldn't it be more effective to identify the stakeholders and what is at risk, and then spend more time explaining your ultimate decision in that context?
