The funny thing is the Sutututu sound is actually turbo flutter, which is air forcing its way back behind the turbo compressor wheel when the throttle is closed. It can be quite damaging to the turbo, and should be relieved with a blow-off valve. You should only hear one continuous hiss. I will admit I go to this video to enjoy the sound too, though.
