Just had to come here and correct you that those straw decorative animals are not reindeers but goats. The one in the frame 7:02 even has his spiral horns on his head. And the main meat in most Finnish Christmas tables is ham not beef.

Missa on Joulu Pukki. Valkoparta, vanha ukki. It's a shame that the rotund, fake-bearded American Santa Claus has replaced the traditional Finnish old goat. Kaypa Tanne, emma pelkaa. Love that song.

I am 54 and i remember we had live candles on christmastree until I was maybe 7 or 8 years old 😃
We always had 3 buckets of water right beside The tree and Even us Kids were thaught what to do If tree cathes The fire.
And when i was 7 those lessons came on good use.
When mom was secretly getting bags of presents inside while dad was waiting for Santa at The parking lot to show him in tree got on fire and I and My sister had to put The fire down 😂😂
IT was a remeberable Christmas 😂
