As a veg athelete i recommend veg things. vegetarian foods that can benefit a gymnast's nutrition. These include quinoa, lentils, nuts and seeds, Greek yogurt, leafy green vegetables, tofu, avocados, fruits, whole grains, and beans. Specially you can focus on oats. Thanks

No age limit... Depends on body conditions, Coach and levels of learning. In china these things start from 3rd year of child and also some people capable to do since last age.
