- I am so happy my SA was able to clean this out. I was honestly worried about but she calmed me down and said if anything was truly wrong with it, it is still covered under warranty. She did not tell me what cleaner she used as she took the bag in the back of the store.

Oh wow what great outcome. I so love seeing when a company services a client and the client walks away happy. Most companies nowadays is lacking in the customer service dept including LV but in this case LV was a shining star⭐️. Tfs.

Hi, Chex! I'm so glad all was resolved and it was just glue. My experience with LV Customer Service has been great too so far. Yes it's true that we're now seeing pieces with more and more inconsistencies but I appreciate that I can still go back to the brand and get my issues straightened out. All's well that ends well! Exactly! I se people complain about Chanel pieces too but I dont think i have seen a complain about an hermes item yet ❤️

I feel like 99% of LV customer service is great but of course if it’s bad service, people will be more vocal about it and we end up hearing more negative stories 😭 i’ve always had a good experience in different stores and with the client services!! i’m glad your bag is ok!! 🥳✨

Oh I thought it was ruined, I’ll feel nervous if that happens to one of my bags. Maybe your SA used a special wipes to get rid of that stain , tfs and stay safe! 🥰

Same way with me bought my alma bb in de and the handle has some kind of brown glue on it Im bothered since its my first lv cust service said its normal since they ate handcrafted..I will go to store again for exchange

Thank God it wasn't peeling false alarm. I would have done the same thing and taken it in.
I did the same thing when I bought my recto Verso and I was upset it was peeling and when I brought it to the LV spa they told me it isn’t peel and they cleaned it even though I cleaned too. Lol
I asked the SA what they used and she said oh just some cleaner we have back there 😂. I mean I felt silly about how easily she cleaned it off after I had wasted like ten wipes cleaning the tiny spot 🤦🏻♀️
