Quick question, how the hell after you cut the bone through the incision, how do you then stretch that toe to match the length required? You just pull it? How? There's so much you can stretch that skin right? I mean, i don't understand german and not a doctor but am I missing something here? Anybody can help me out here!
Hi, we are not the doctor, only the animation studio, but the skin is strechted very gently and slowly. Of course there is only a certain amount you can stretch, so the amount stretched depends on how short the toe is. Hi, the two bone parts are brought apart with the help of a distractor attached only during surgery until the correct length of the metatarsal is achieved. The skin is very rarely a problem.

Klingt einfach, nur halt muss man bestimmt tenotomieren, oder z-plastik machen von streck und beugesehnen, falls man die beweglickeit erhalten möchte. Bin zwar kein Fußchirurg, aber paar operierte Füße habe hinter mir und denke, das wäre optimal, oder?
Hallo, ja, genau so ist es. Daben handelt es sich aber im Verhältnis zu der OP am Knochen um recht kleine zusätzliche Eingriffe. Viele Grüße
Can we go for this surgery when we want to increase foot size ,,, bcz my toes are so small that I am not finding shoes in adult collection I always have to go in kids section I hate that ..
