I think a darker blue like De Nimes would work well with the Palma grey of your hallway. You can just paint the external doors on the inside and keep the rest white. The darker colour will definitely disguise the Roxie scratches when they inevitably happen! Thanks for all your Vlogmas efforts, I'd be happy with more regular posts in the new year X

I think you should paint both exterior doors the same colour inside and out.I prefer the contrast of the darker colour...and Roxie will ruin your door! Attach something to inside panel...a dark woven material to protect it. You change it out as needed. Leave the other doors and baseboards white. Touch ups are a part of life!❤Also Maddie keep a jar of garlic powder for days when you run out of fresh garlic. Works well!

I’m so excited to get my preordered copy of your cookbook in the U.S.(Jan19). I would love to hear you talk more sometime about your journey as a cook and how to feel more comfortable planning and cooking. Even though I’ve been vegetarian my whole adult life and vegan for over 12, it is still rare for me to actually enjoy cooking. Maybe it’s all my years of raising kids alone while working lots of hours only to try to figure out dinner every night, or maybe that’s just my excuse! 😅 I wasn’t raised learning to cook either. I like simple delicious meals, but it always seems like it’s the really experienced cooks who tell us we can be intuitive and throw something together without a recipe, and even after years I miss more than hit when I do this. The alternative is either take out, frozen premade (both seldom very healthy) or really boring generic stuff thrown together from cans. Help! Any advice to make eating well and cooking from recipes feel less daunting? ❤👃

👃👃👃 such a lovely vlog. Brazil nuts are full of iodine which helps your thyroid function properly. A couple a day are very beneficial. No other food helps our thyroid in the same way. I would love more videos each week pleeease
My vote is for not painting the insides of the front and back door the same color as the hallway. You could also leave the inside of the doors natural wood. I like the off white even if Roxy scuffs it. I know they sell brass door plates for the bottoms of doors. I don't know if that's your vibe, though. 👃
I think she means dried (raw) beans - soaked which would be uncooked. All tinned/canned beans are already cooked during the canning process@@MadeleineOlivia
