Target sale on this got me good lol had to compare with the advent calendar as that and 2022 had pikachu. I'd rather just get this and yeah it's nice to see the appeal this has as a gift for kids or just relive childhood and not worry about the best cards.
I actually really like the box over the tin. The tins are usually weirdly shaped so you can't store as many cards in them, but this looks like you can fit a lot.
Oooh please pick me for the box lol my love for Pokemon has come back after many yrs. I'm 32 and used to play original pokemon. I just started collecting the 151 set and trying to complete it for old times sake. I love the new artwork! I found all my old cards but they're beat up pretty good.
Not everything in the chest was exactly my taste, but I have to say that I love the creativity! I appreciate how they're trying to switch things up and release a product that is not just the same boring box; plus, you do get quite a bit of stuff inside

This definitely feels like the type of product a bunch of people will buy and keep sealed because they think it's going to be worth a lot but then it never increases in value because everyone kept them sealed

That’s definitely a new type of product. My only gripes with it are that it seems like there are compartment that are easy to miss and also I feel that unless someone is looking for a funky display/maybe storage box, people are just gonna grab the cards and packs and immediately throw our everything else

I really like how pokemon is doing a lot of new things, instead of boxes being plane old normal boxes makes everythihng a little more fun.
