@s4h4 perhaps, who knows maybe it's a mix of both. Since he's still got to be able to accurately discern the different switches and buttons around him. So maybe if he focuses on the "screen," it fills his vision, but it's not too hard to break away.

We saw the Hu-Ben Gattling guns from Dafeng, the Haldeman Shotgun and RF-024 Turner from Balam. Additionally, in another trailery there were two identical ACs wielding Ludlow's and the 2*3cell launchers from Furlong. Weapons wise this will definetly be AC VI. And it's seemingly implied that his "operator" is in fact a Coral Wave Mutation like Ayre and Seria

I always imagined the cockpit of a core being more of a capsule of oxygenated fluid like NGE. The sheer g-force of the movements of an AC are absolutely bonkers if you think of what that would mean for someone inside.
There are concept arts for how the cockpit would look like in the old Armored Core games. Gen 5 Armored Core ( AC5 and Verdict Day) cockpit are pretty small with how they look in the concept arts. Though NEXTs cockpit would be insane to visualize and justify with how fast and quickly those things can change direction.
@@VitorHugoOliveiraSousait depends on continuity, the only confirmed Augmented Human protagonist are 4th gen AC (AC4 and FA, without it, they can't pilot NEXT) and 6 (self explanatory). Every other games are normal human but you can become augmented if you lose too many time (AC1-AC2AA), or you could equip some sort of AC OP parts that give benefit like augmented human while still being normal human (AC3-Silent Line). Late 3rd gen (AC Nexus-Last Raven) is just normal human fighting pilot using those op parts. 5th gen (ACV-Verdict Day) is normal human, but you encounter some Augmented Human enemies. Iirc, in AC6, V1 Freud is a normal pilot.
Harris + Turner (should've used Scudder) and Dual minigun, both running two sets of split missiles? Could totally use some work on those builds no wonder they lost to a single nacht pilot
Jokes aside, one thing I loved here was that the combat is actually a lot more deadly than it does in the game. Two heavy bipens like those seen would their ACS's overloaded, and they'd be killed in seconds in-game if they just sat there like they do. But instead it genuinely feels like they're two juggernauts leveraging their armor and firepower. Plus, the physicality of the ACs also shows up here. Mainly with that leap into a shoulder tackle performed by Shrieker.
Bro. Imagine a laser blade on the right arm and pulse shield on the left arm and whenever you use the blade to dash in your ac automatically deploys the arm shield to protect itself mid dash. It will be cool juat saying.
PvP? Sure. A heavy BiPed with Quad Minis are annoying but you'll get trashed when you reach Mid-B Tier since you'll often see Meta builds starting in that elo.
So Keanu's AC uses a frame and parts (such as the hand-held shield and laser blade in the right arm) that aren't available in the game. However, the two enemy ACs are absolutely possible to run.
If we're talking about AC6 pvp and game mechanics, I'm not sure if Keanu's AC can build enough stagger on enemies with his singular shotgun. I also didn't see any other ranged weapons or missiles. Only having sword and shield is a bit limiting in AC6 as shield doesn't block 100% dmg, especially when he hold the shield for so long. The sword in AC6 also has quite a long cooldown, around 15 to 20 seconds after each use if I remember correctly.
THATS HOW YOU DO IT! It’s one pilot in the cockpit controlling the mech like a fighter jet! None of this, the pilot is just a head and torso directly hooked to the mech, or controlling the mech with his mind, or the mech is an extension of his body, or the mech is an AI, or whatever. The pilot and mech are separate. The mech is nothing more than a tool. I imagine 621 to be similar to this.
If you told me in 2005 that my favorite niche mecha game, Armored Core, will become a feature short film on a popular media platform, I would’ve dismissed that as a joke. Y'all are mis-IDing some of the weapons because many are from older games. The first missile volley fired by enemy AC #1 were from the fourth gen.

@@VitorHugoOliveiraSousait depends on continuity, the only confirmed Augmented Human protagonist are 4th gen AC (AC4 and FA, without it, they can't pilot NEXT) and 6 (self explanatory). Every other games are normal human but you can become augmented if you lose too many time (AC1-AC2AA), or you could equip some sort of AC OP parts that give benefit like augmented human while still being normal human (AC3-Silent Line). Late 3rd gen (AC Nexus-Last Raven) is just normal human fighting pilot using those op parts. 5th gen (ACV-Verdict Day) is normal human, but you encounter some Augmented Human enemies. Iirc, in AC6, V1 Freud is a normal pilot.
Harris + Turner (should've used Scudder) and Dual minigun, both running two sets of split missiles? Could totally use some work on those builds no wonder they lost to a single nacht pilot
Jokes aside, one thing I loved here was that the combat is actually a lot more deadly than it does in the game. Two heavy bipens like those seen would their ACS's overloaded, and they'd be killed in seconds in-game if they just sat there like they do. But instead it genuinely feels like they're two juggernauts leveraging their armor and firepower.
Plus, the physicality of the ACs also shows up here. Mainly with that leap into a shoulder tackle performed by Shrieker.

Bro. Imagine a laser blade on the right arm and pulse shield on the left arm and whenever you use the blade to dash in your ac automatically deploys the arm shield to protect itself mid dash. It will be cool juat saying.
Thats how 4th gen was. Minus the shield. But duel arm blading was very much a solid go to

PvP? Sure. A heavy BiPed with Quad Minis are annoying but you'll get trashed when you reach Mid-B Tier since you'll often see Meta builds starting in that elo.

Depending on the user, and its weapons, that AC could handle mid B (unless they're dealing with missile boats)
So Keanu's AC uses a frame and parts (such as the hand-held shield and laser blade in the right arm) that aren't available in the game. However, the two enemy ACs are absolutely possible to run.
Gotta give the Main char a unique mech. (Unique weapon) hope it gets added to the game.

If we're talking about AC6 pvp and game mechanics, I'm not sure if Keanu's AC can build enough stagger on enemies with his singular shotgun. I also didn't see any other ranged weapons or missiles.
Only having sword and shield is a bit limiting in AC6 as shield doesn't block 100% dmg, especially when he hold the shield for so long. The sword in AC6 also has quite a long cooldown, around 15 to 20 seconds after each use if I remember correctly.

THATS HOW YOU DO IT! It’s one pilot in the cockpit controlling the mech like a fighter jet! None of this, the pilot is just a head and torso directly hooked to the mech, or controlling the mech with his mind, or the mech is an extension of his body, or the mech is an AI, or whatever. The pilot and mech are separate. The mech is nothing more than a tool. I imagine 621 to be similar to this.
