Thank you so much! not many people oh youtube do blood brothers
You're welcome!
I love the way you teach. As someone whos always struggled with studying for english the way you break down topics into simple words gives me a chance to form my own opinions and understanding of the drama :) your videos keep my attention extremely well due to the fact that you use such simple terms!! Thank you
You're very welcome!
The police officer speaks to MR lyons not MRS lyons btw. Common mistake.
Its worth mentioning that the song 'tell me it's not true', the song causing the cyclical narrative of the show uses the dies irae ( translating to day of wrath), a combination of 4 notes used in media to signify death. It is repeated 7 times to open the song at the end of the plot (7 is extremely important in blood brothers as it is everywhere) and the very first line mrs johnstone speaks onstage use the dies iraa. This is only one example of the core theme of fate in the musical, the johnstone twins never had a chance to survive because their deaths were already predetermined, as warned in the music
Yes, I agree! Fab analysis 😊
how do you know this 😭. my teacher barely taught us blood brothers properly
@pluvvio I look at a lot of the thematic sides of musicals and how they're written. Just kinda noticed this when I heard the opening
Thank you miss you a blessings
You're welcome!!

Good evening Miss. Thank you for your amazing videos. They are very helpful. Miss, I have one request. In one of your videos about writing articles, you mentioned about language technique called hypophora. Could you please make one more video about writing articles and teach us more language techniques like hypophora and explain how to use them in writing articles? (I am doing GCSE English language. I am very struggling. Because I am not a native speaker and it's not been long since I came to London. But I want to pass the exam this year and get 6 or 7. Because I want to study English at A-levels and university) Thank you very much.
