Cool!
I'm the designer of BMO dock stand (selled by Made In urbana and other ^^')
I really like your version, especially the addition of a compartment to store the cartridges, great job!
YOU DID A GOOD JOB 😭 it’s better than I expected and I love the way you modified it
This came out so clean. Good job man.
this video deserves so much 💕 i love it
Thank you so much! I really appreciate this! I’m excited. Gonna make this right on my birthday!
I don't have a switch yet but I would want this for when I do get one. And a 3d printer too lol... so I would want a notification when it's posted as well.
Can i print it for oled version of switch?
Crazy, keep it up
That's crazy cool! Is there anywhere I can download and print this as well?
thanks! I didn't post my files to thingiverse yet, since people sell them on Etsy - but I might end up posting them later this week. If I do, I'll link it in the video description and reply to this comment to let you know
@@josequarvo2757 yea printed on the same printer I mentioned in your other comment so anything I 3d printed on my channel you can too
Hey so when I downloaded the files, the legs are super super tiny, scaling issue?
yeah i think i exported them from fusion 360 wrong, scale them up 2540% and you should be good. (25.4 mm in 1 inch)
no problem! let me know if it doesn't end up fitting or you have any other issues - I can try to re-upload the files at the correct scale
@@grouchy229 glad to hear! Yeah Cura is the best most of the time and the worst the rest of the time
I'm having trouble printing the face plate, I can't seem to get supports under the plate so it doesn't fall apart. Could you list the settings you use for that part? 😮
Nvm I found out that I didn't mess with the left side options on cura, they were grayed out for me until I clicked on the model then selected the 3rd option down (put supports everywhere, zigzag) which put supports under the model.
Nice! Wheres the HDMI out tho?
I didn’t include one since I’d use this for when I want to use the switch screen, but if I bought a cable that was USB-C to USB-C and HDMI out, you could route the cables through the back of him
What’s the cheapest printer I could buy to make this?
An Ender 3 is what I use and it’s around $200 I think - any printer with a ~200 x 200 x 200 mm build volume should be good
I love this, but I do have one question: is fondant another term in the 3d printing/crafts community? The only "fondant" I know is the edible kind for cake decorating!
No it’s not you might’ve misheard me, are you talking about when I said bondo? Sometimes I talk a bit fast in my videos I’m working on slowing down!
How much material did it take to print all of this?
I don’t 100% remember but definitely less than 1 KG of filament - depends on how much infill and support you use
for some reason, the buttons came out to be enormous :( what would you recommend scaling down to?
Your slicer must’ve scaled it to 10,000% automatically - it needs to be scaled to 2540%
he comented the link to this video on his own reddit post and that's how I got to this video by clicking on the link
Can you share the model? :)
I'll post it on thingiverse this week and link it in the description - I'll also reply to your comment so you know when I post it
@@CASSDesigns What are the maximum dimensions of a part? Or what is the size of your 3D printer?
Algum brasileiro?
Dude thank you for uploading this, I wanted to make it for a friend and just recently got into adventure time, I’ll make sure to give you a follow here and on Instagram ❤
Its pretty great that the cartridge slot actually holds the switch cartridges
