The location is absolutely beautiful - Spanish archway in front is a little out of place - looks a bit foolish - I would have to change that ! A lovely home otherwise !
The archway shelter is very practical when it’s a howling gale. It’s in a few homes in Kintyre.

Does not comply with fire regulations. Whoever fitted the windows needs to be fined!
Lovely property - however without being a nerd - they could have improved the overall design of the conservatory and thus the design of the bungalow by building a hip on the left - hand side and by 'lining - up' the right - hand side with the apex of the bungalow. This may have reduced the overall width of the conservatory slightly but the additional head room as a result of the hip would have compensated for this.
If that is an old boat ramp, that would just about be perfect.
Needs updating.
