- I ran my first sub 3 hour marathon last year in the Chicago marathon and it was the most rewarding feeling of my life. So I'm going back to run it again this year!
In this video, I take you through a full day of marathon training as I prepare to run the 2024 Chicago Marathon on October 13th.

Just wanted to let you know I just love every bit of content you put out. I’ve been running cross country and track for the past year and am currently in the middle of my second cross country season ever. What would you recommend for runners knee , my right knee swells up, started happening the last 2-5 months. It feels as if it’s a string pulling on my outer side of my right knee, where the dip of quad meets the knee. Makes me literally stop running & was bad one night where I would constantly wake up in pain & had to R.I.C.E it
