NEVER gets old- Allen, nor Bean...nor Home:) Every lyric and note is saturated with purity and longing and utter beauty and love. Just tugs at the heartstrings. Simply amazing.
There is nothing not to love about Shoshanna. Beautiful, witty, sincere, sweet, fiesty. She emanates everything a true performer needs to be and yet she still comes with all the heart and humility. Such an inspiration.
Hands down still the ABSOLUTELY MOST BEAUTIFUL version of this song EVER. Never fails to leave me in tears.
Years later, this song gets to me. In 2006-20011 for so long it was her love song to Tyler. This performance and even now, this song is a thank you letter to Scott Alan for giving this to her.
Not many performances bring me to tears but I was blubbering at this and now I think I'm dissolving on the spot.

I love this song Scott but im a baritone basss to high tenor aint got no falcetto keep up the good work,,,,keep on trucking......I auditioned for American Idol in 20007 and I was on a 6 for balcony swimming and was lets just say ready to defy gravity or tear my hear out..... but first I decided to check my myspace LOL I had emailed "Shoshana HELP!!!!! whats that son something something better.... she replied with the lyrics "Shockingly its called Better: I was exstatic went to coach bot a breast cancer lanyard for my bfff lost it in line dancing looked at the lyrics mad said what the hell am I gonna o with this and handed it to some random girl and said sing this... the net year I went with my friend from Berkley who was an opera singer and sang for himin one if thea practice rooms that year a made it to the tv round met ryan seacrest who is orange and short and had a make up line of demrkation worse than a drag queen who applied her make up with Crayola. imade a face that runs in my family like wtf and shook his hand quickly and said its really great to meet you ive tried out like 6 times...it was probably like 8 but who ares right ?: long story shor I love your song anf one of these days ill sing my scrambled version and send it to you or sing it live when I audition for the voice,,,,,,but I should probably update my my picture here toooo seeing this was pic was taken in 20009 9 in my hometown boston Beantown the day my sister gave birth to my godon,,,,she always can one upo me LOL pa I cant type I type to fast im Italian and kinda thick everywhere.
