After losing the toss and being sent in to bat, Priyansh Arya and Sarthak Ray opened for South Delhi Superstarz. Ray managed only 2 runs off 6 balls, while Arya scored a half-century, contributing 53 off 32 balls. Ayush Badoni added 32 from 20 balls, and Tejaswi Dahiya chipped in with 23 from 21 balls. When a big total seemed unlikely, Dhruv Singh played a quickfire knock of 50* from 23 balls, with Sumit Mathur adding 19 off 16 balls, helping the team reach 191/7 in 20 overs.
For East Delhi Riders, Harsh Tyagi was the standout bowler, taking 3/17 in 3 overs. Mayank Rawat claimed 2 wickets, while Simarjeet Singh, Himanshu Chauhan, and Himmat Singh each took one.
Chasing 192, East Delhi Riders opened with Anuj Rawat and Sujal Singh, who put up 86 runs for the first wicket before Rawat was dismissed for 34 off 20 balls.
