Specific question regarding Petros, when reading his abilities when it says damage is equal to a certain percentage of health, is it talking about Petros health or the target's?
S1 considers his max HP as part of the damage and enemy current HP. S2 uses the enemies' current HP vs Petros' current HP. S3 uses both Petros' max HP and enemies' current HP as part of the calculation. tl;dr S1 = uses ATK + max HP of Petros + the lower the enemy HP, the bigger the damage S2 = enemies with HP lower than Petros suffer effects S3 = uses ATK + max HP of Petros + the lower the enemy HP, the bigger the damage

Since meta is so packed at PW18+ with Wu Yu, would r6 JQ be more worth? And would R6 JQ be dependent on specific team comp to beat Wu Yu teams?

No not limited time U can always get them from wish selection for Ur first copy , and dupes from reso pool But the reason why we like to summon them from banner esper pool because other than the first copy, every dupes are only 70 ws, which is 30 ws cheaper than usual

I mean on top tier PvP tier isn't that meta anymore, in top tier U will see Toland or chuyao as SPD leader more often , but I did mention she is still being very useful in a lot situation,just that in wise she isn't

Can't ensure that yet, but I do see R6 jinqiu + chuyao being a beast in PW 23+ maybe U would wanna observe a bit more first
