Stance/wheel set up are killer and so is the whole car, just the lack of rear bumper is not my cup of tea. With a car of this value i would modify the rear bumper for the turbo set up, rather than removing it. Other than that… incredible build.

Their bog standard, junkyard 4.8-5.3L Vortec V8’s, can run four figures on just plug & play with a fat Borg Warner & stock internals. They build robust engines from the factory.
Our European engines require a lot of aftermarket care, not built as robust and unless you got big bucks to throw at a build like this R8, you won’t see much builds coming close to those sleepers in America in terms of power & cost.
$10,000 or less can easily get you into the 4 figures from a scrapyard 5.3L with a few added bits like turbos, injectors, fuel management etc…
Can’t imagine how much this would’ve cost to get to 1200 🤔

My car is in the region of 340 to 360 brake and that seems to quick on normal roads a lot of the time this must be fucking bonkers.
mine is at 400hp (3200gt) bu my Mazdaspeed 6 and Miata turbo smokes it.
