Volants is one of the more intriguing original creations from the Cirque; it combines the techniques and talents of flying trapeze, banquine, and Russian swing amongst a hand-full of other disciplines. Here a team of black-and-gold colored scarabs take to the skies and fly about the top of the grand chapiteau. On both ends exists a staging platform and two standard pendulum swings from which the trapeze flyers launch and the catchers catch, but in the middle, however, rests a second platform from which to catch and launch the flyers banquine style! In a stunning aerial act, a group of scarabs soar high above the stage, from both edges to the middle landing on a platform. This breathtaking act combines many circus disciplines: banquine, Russian swing and swinging chair.
Russian Cradle (Apr.08.2016- Present) - Arena Version
The cradle (also known as aerial cradle or casting cradle) is a type of aerial circus act in which a performer hangs by his or her knees from a large rectangular frame and swings, tosses, and catches another performer. The aerialist being swung is referred to as a flyer, while the one doing the tossing and catching is referred to as a catcher or caster. The flyer usually starts and ends standing on the frame above the catcher. The flyer swings holding on to the catcher's hands, performs releases at the top of the swing, and is re-caught in mid-air. The frame can be static or swinging. A variant called Russian Cradle - what you see here - has the catcher standing, secured by a safety belt.

How did you manage to snag the footage of the arena version of Ovo?

The act was included in the video 2nd half. I think for arena modifications were made due to structural and staging differences
