always make me laugh when they say authentic Italian full stop nooooo! it is not ! my wife rosa is from Turin in Italy Italian American is not Italian real italians laugh at americans when they say this too much garlic too much cheese tooo much meat real italian food is lots of vegetables italy was a poor country their diet was mostly pauper food simple rustic cheap easy to cook
“Authentic Italian” is as generic as “authentic Mexican”….there are so many different regions with their own style. There’s not ONE universal example of “authentic Italian”
Exactly. Im italian fro carini province of palermo and this isnt even italian food. This is typicall american food. Alone the ingridients arent italian.
@@matthewbonell4137 Wrong. Its American food and because 1 out of 3 of them is actually Italian they’re chalking it off as Authentic. Serve that in Italy and you get a smack
first chef seemed like a dink, did you give him permission to dig in guy?? didn't seem like it and we all know the rules!!! I don't think he misses very many meals at home lol
I mean, there are other episodes where some of the chefs eat what they cooked too, like that one about a guy with grilled cheese as his specialty. Also, he used a separate utensil to cut his portion, so why are you acting like he slobbered all over the food? 😑
I'm Jamaican and I'm very proud of this Jamaican Chef!!! stuck to his roots and the food is authentic down to the T!!!

It's so good and you never get any kind if indigestion or acid -- it just goes down nicely.
