I was with this guy for 5 yrs . We was supposed to be getting engaged . He cheated on me then called me out my name . I left the church n had it in my head I was better off with out god in my life. My sister convinced me to come back ... Some months later I went to church . This time I was a regular Member . Before I was on praise team, over the youth ministry. I thought I had it all worked out. But one night I went out with my sisters from church ... we all had been running from Gods will . That night we all got into a car wreck & we all thought about if we would have died ... I would have been in hell lifting up my eyes. The next morning at church I gave the Lord my heart back to keep. I'm living through it. Through the heart break & pain. I'm here . I serve a god who will never leave me nor forsake me. I love the Lord

i understand... i was with my fiance for 13 years before he decided to call it quits a month and half for the wedding... the young miss needed him, eventually she had his child all the while he kept contacting me,they aren't together anymore the grass was definitely not green there but an illusion... but i cant be his crotch anymore i have to go free.. i have to live through it, i dont know if i can..but i dont have a choice anymore.

I just discovered this song today! I’ve been hurting, depressed and dealing with chronic illness and pain, had to leave my job as an educator. Trying to live on disability has been difficult and has left me displaced. I confess I don’t understand anything right now. I seem to be able to pray and believe for everyone but me because I’m so tired. But TODAY, I decided this is Depression’s last day living in me. I had another sleepless night and instead of lying in bed, crying, I got in the shower and and turned on Fred Hammond on my Apple Music and I intentionally PRAISED and worshipped God, Apple started playing music that was similar. By the time it got to this song, I just started bawling like a baby. If this wasn’t my heart in song, I don’t know what is…I was so shocked that this is an older song. Definitely timeless! God spoke to my heart so directly! I had to share it with my Mom and my friend because like I said, this is Depression’s last day. I WILL live through it! 🙌🏾🙏🏾🥰
