- Somewhere in the future the environmental overkill had come. Many people had died. The rich were able to build the underworld, the poor had to stay on the surface building gangs to survive. Jason Storm, an underworld guard gets knowledge of a conspiracy to kill all people on the surface. He needs to flee to the surface, and wins Sumai, a respected martial arts master, as his ally to stop the dirty plot.

a fave treat from 1993 Billy Blanks a great actor and Bolo Yeung what a great team up this is indeed a life long fave made my Teen years in High school much more enjoyable me and friends would talk about this for month's on end my art teacher had the poster in his class really awesome school Shelton High sure was.
Always good to see two legends in a film together but must say bolo is one of my most favourite material art's besides Bruce Lee of course 😂😂😂😂

TC 2000 was a great movie with great martial artists. Bolo being a good guy was a plus.
