Thanks for the tips bro. Mine works perfectly fine except when i try to configure the settings using the IP address it doesn't want to logging, it says username or password incorrect! ( Even when putting the one thats attached at the bottom of the router) Any tips how to solve this problem
Ensure you make no mistakes when entering your username and password, as they are case-sensitive. If you are sure you entered them correctly and still cannot log in, someone might have changed the credentials without your knowledge. In this case, you may need to reset the router.
@@PlugCentralUG I have carefully entered the password, even asked someone else to put it but we get same negative results 😕 and the router is brand new. ( Just 3 days with me from the shop)

Then Under remark you can put the name of the device or userof the device, whatever fits your preference

Hope the card is inserted well. That may be your biggest issue to sort out first. If it's inserted well then give it time. I've noticed the router takes a while to full start up.

That should solve it.
How to check how much data I've used over a period of time
For some reason Airtel blocked checking via the router. But maybe it's just on my router. Try login via 192.168.1.1 then on the left Tap USSI input *131# and see if it will work. On mine it just times out

Hello, I have an issue with mine and i'm hoping you can offer a solution.
The route is currently in a loop. It keeps restarting.
When it comes on, it immediately goes off and then comes on, boots again and goes off.
What could the issue be?
Not encountered an issue like that. Try totally getting it off. Like remove the power bank and then power it on and see if it loops. Then 2 check if the power button isn't some how pressed down. 3. Do a reset, it could solve your issues

Yes you can plug into power directly. The only side is if electricity goes off, your internet will also go off. So if you were doing something very important like Livestream or zoom meeting it will go off. That's why the power bank is useful

By default it's broadcasting highly. But in setting you can change directions of the signals. By default it's set to all direction.
The method I may see fit for you is place the router somewhere raised and away from destruction.

For Router configuration. It's not a user side port so charging, and any other thing you would use as a normal user is not possible on this router

Make sure the router is on. then under the router you'll see a small button named "Reset". Press it for about 8 seconds and give the router some time. it should reset then you can set it up again

If the SIM card is not placed in well the light at the top 📶 will flash red multiple times
If sim card is inserted well and the problem persists, resetting could solve your problem. The reset button is at the bottom just close to where the SIM card slot is.

E.g. so his mum can connect with her unique password, his son can connect with his unique password, and his neighbor can connect with his unique password. That way, everyone has a separate password.

Had the same issue after a reset. Connect your mobile device to the router and login the admin page. Navigate to Internet function > SIM function > SIM switch. Click the drop down and select External SIM card and save. That should solve it.

Mine only shows power on light and WiFi light. I hate this WiFi
It takes long to fully start. If it still fails. Reset the router. Find a pin and press the reset button under the router for about 7 seconds then follow the set up process again

You could use IP address Reservation under the DHCP settings but that may be complicated. The easy method I see is Hide the Wi-Fi network and then limit users
To limit users logging to the router then on the left Tap Wifi settings. Then tap 2.4G Wifi Advanced settings then under Max station choose the number of users you want on the network
Then go to 5G Wifi Advanced settings Under Max station choose the number of users you want.

Fair usage policy for 10 Mbs you get 500gb when it gets over speed is cut to 2 Mbps
Other speeds
20 Mbps 1000GB when over cuts to 2 Mbps
40 Mbps 1500GB cuts to 2Mbps
60 Mbps 2500GB cuts to 2Mbps

It's unlimited. You can use it without a data limit. It's the speed that goes down Incase you exceed a particular set data depending on the speed you buy. Hope that helps now

That could be due to many issues, check if you still have an active data plan, 2. The router could be malfunctioning. Do a restart of the router, it usually fixes the issue
