Out of all of your videos, this is hands down my favorite. So informative! I've been natural of 8 years now and I'vefinally decided to loc. Watching your videos had helped me to know the right questions to ask the stylist (provided they don't ask them) and what to expect from them and myself. Aside of your older videos being entertaining lol you always educate and that's what newbies like me need. INFORMATION. So often we see a style in a magazine or on the television and want it, not fully understanding the end result. I,like yourself, am tired of seeing people with No Edges and continue to cause more damage because of not being aware. We're 're not being educated on the many damaging things were doing to our hair. Your videos are teaching us about healthy hair and how to retain and maintain it. Thank you Sir, for your education and guidance, for your dedication to your passion for healthy hair. I'm in Paris, TX and I've seen some stuff that had frightened me. I'm terrified to let anyone here in my town do my hair! OMgosh, the horror. I would love for you to come here and instruct these people on the proper way to lock. We have very few who work with natural hair so I'm stuck with two stand twist and afros lol. Many blessings to you and yours

You touched everything I've been feeling as a stylist. I always enjoyed doing my hair and learning about it. When I do others I try to tell them it's not a curl pattern it's a technique and alot of factors go into the health of their hair and scalp but ppl want wat they want and fast

I am so glad I came across this VIDEO. I grew my looks for 15 years down to my butt. I had to start styling my hair into a up doos because of work and to stop people from touching them... In short version, my edges around both ears became completely bald and my locs were falling out in my hand because of being to damn tight. I was told that it had to be tight to hold for a extended period of time. Resulted into me cutting all my beautiful hair. Stayed natural though. 3 years later my edges are finally filling in. I truly wish I had some one to tell me to STOP the MADNESS.. Thanks for keeping it REAL💯

This is so true even for natural loose hair, I had
my own hair twisted wet and it tightened up as it dried and it broke my edges off. My stylist told me that was not normal and I should see a doctor!😒 Really! It took me a year to grow most of it back, it is still light in some areas. That will never happen again!!!! Trust!!
