Yes, it's easy but you have to be patient because I lowered both front and rear.

Browse through the [Data] tab. It should have Heartrate on its list.

That's correct. I have Garmin Fenix 5x Plus as one whole measuring unit.

What camera are u using to get the overlay?

You can use any camera to record a video, but I'm using a free software overlay from Garmin Virb. You have to use PC to sync GPS data with the recorded video.
