It’s just a Movie and when this originally came out me and my girlfriend enjoyed it. I’m so glad I did not see all that was brought to my attention now. Talk about a kill joy...
1) "Thou shall not commit adultery." Last time I checked that scene, Lance and Mia were yet to be married! 2) The producers couldn't get rights to the electric slide, but get "Candy," a song that was more popular than the electric slide ("Candy" was a #1 R&B hit!)

In REAL life…that book would have been pulled from shelves…someone would have SUED Harper and his publisher…or Harper would have came up missing!

Lance has made many mistakes cheating on her even before they we engaged. But he wants a pure woman. Why? We are all full of faults, but saying this is Karma for Mia is sad and untrue. Lance needed to talk with his future wife before the wedding, not get mad and forgive her for upholding concept even he could not compete.
