This young guy has worked so hard to create a household brand for his NB that has recruited highly talented actors. It is really sad to see "things falling apart" for this filming house. Our prayers as fans is to see this "family" re-finding each other and coming together again and continuing to give us top notch content as they have faultlessly done all these past years. Actors should respect their director and he too should treat his actors as essential parts of the big NB engine who also need to survive the harsh economic conditions of our country by paying them "decent wages."

I now have utmost respect for Naiza after this interview,I was one of those who were quick to judge him basing on the other side of the story.He gave a very mature and measured response to the crisis and that leaves the other 4 members exposed.It's not easy to admit guilt but he's proved a lot of people wrong by acknowledging that he may have made mistakes just like us all,we've made mistakes in our lives,we now know both sides of the story and we can make informed choices as far as subscribing is concerned.

I was against Naiza Boom, until he asked if we would work 9 years getting $30/month. The answer is no! Production costs, and the issue of cars... if Naiza Boom only has two cameras, and one videographer (Naiza Boom himself) who sounds like the editor as well.... at 10k per month as of this month, that amount is little. The biggest issue I see here is this: Naiza Boom is the one running this business and the actors are just employees (who are now demanding transparency and equality because they believe that they own the fans). I understand why he might come off as rude and with no transparency... he has too much on his shoulders with people who are only doing a fraction of what he does behind the scenes. Most of the work is behind the scenes and Naiza Boom seems to do it all by himself... Naiza Boom was only trying to do the best he can, unfortunately, UA-cam is very unpredictable. Their numbers have been decreasing. No one understands how money works in his team, except for him.

This is a sensitive issue, best solution is to have basic monthly salary then you do incentives when the production produces more money. NB needs to have contracts that binds everyone. Government of Zimbabwe too needs to intervene and help these talented guys because they entertain the nation of Zimbabwe, they need to be looked after. Reunite guys and make things happen.

I was against Naiza Boom, until he asked if we would work 9 years getting $30/month. The answer is no! Production costs, and the issue of cars... if Naiza Boom only has two cameras, and one videographer (Naiza Boom himself) who sounds like the editor as well.... at 10k per month as of this month, that amount is little. The biggest issue I see here is this: Naiza Boom is the one running this business and the actors are just employees (who are now demanding transparency and equality because they believe that they own the fans). I understand why he might come off as rude and with no transparency... he has too much on his shoulders with people who are only doing a fraction of what he does behind the scenes. Most of the work is behind the scenes and Naiza Boom seems to do it all by himself... Naiza Boom was only trying to do the best he can, unfortunately, UA-cam is very unpredictable. Their numbers have been decreasing. No one understands how money works in his team, except for him.
Naiza boom we buy bundle because of Naiza please dnt destroy our drama. It's not yo drama it's ours.
