WOW,Tammi, this technique is stunning,I always say the sky when it looks like that ,looks biblical, and this card is so perfect for the true meaning of Christmas.Thank you for sharing.
I cannot believe that such a simple image can look so gorgeous! I absolutely love the "rays" on this card. And all of your techniques are amazing. Even the star is beautiful! I'm going to be making many of these cards...sends the perfect message of what the season is all about. Thanks so much.
+Sherrie Johnson I know, it's amazing what simple "magic" can be created with stamps, ink and paper. I'm so thrilled that you are going to make some. Enjoy and thanks for writing! Tami
What a wonderful technique- it's a total WOW card! Thank you for sharing! Grid paper is so wonderful and I would be lost stamping without! I use it to line my stamps up on my project - I use it to line my ribbon up when I'm putting it on a card - I use it to "stamp off" on a project. Oh, I'd be lost without my grid paper!
I just found this video, I have this set and I have never used it...Thanks so much for this video. I just love this card and I am going to make it...Thank again for such a GREAT idea!!!!
Tami, I love this technique! Thanks so much for sharing. I know it's 2016, but I am doing a Christmas in July event here in Maryland and I was looking for ideas. This one is definitely a keeper. Thanks again from Susan in Aberdeen, Maryland.
Lovely and super technique. Will try this on another of the many Christmas cards I seem to make. I use my grid paper for everything, "scrubbing"! Notes, lists, stamping off, trial color combos, etc. Just about everything! Oh, yes, I use it to line stuff up.... novel idea, eh? Do enjoy all your videos. Thank you for inspirations.
I just love this card! I want to get this and use it for next year! I don't have the grid paper b/c I am not a demonstrator! But I would like to be one! Have a blessed day!
That is an amazing technique and a great card! Thank you so much for sharing this tutorial with us! Awesome job~ and thanks for keeping Christ in Christmas!
Tami....this card is so beautiful!! I love the sky technique you did! That would look lovely with the new Night of Bethlehem set in this year's Holiday Catalog! Thanks for sharing!! ☺
Love the starburst technique, it really is awesome! The card is very beautiful!!! What I do on my grid paper, oh heavens I really make a mess of it, yours was almost clean compared to what mine looks like! I stamp off, check colors to see if it's what I want, write down numbers, and more!! Thanks for the lovely video!!!
Great card! I use my grid paper for jsut about everything, protection, testing of colors and stamped image. Here is an idea that is going through my head about using the sponged starburst idea and then running it through the big shot with the woodland embossing folder not sure how it would look but i will be giving it atry. Thanks for the new idea.
+Lila Teas You will love the technique. the lined grids do help keep the rays even for the star burst. You can mark your copy paper at each 1/2" for that too Tami
