Thanks for your compliments on our card and for taking the time to let us know. We hope that you'll try making one of these cards too as they are so much and are actually quite easy and quick!
Thank you for showing the gluing on of the panels. That makes it easier for my brain to process and remember it in the step-by-step. If you had skipped showing that step, my memory would also skip that step. I love this tutorial and will be using it in a mini (3"x3") pop-up birthday card I'm working on (a flower panel with hummingbirds as the hideout pieces). It will be lovely. 😊
Thanks @Marty C for your compliments on our video and letting us know that you found it helpful! We hope that you enjoy putting this technique into your mini album
I love it when you do these project tutorials. I made the little pocket album you did with the French Country collection. I have the Annabelle collection, so I will definitely be making one of these. TYFS 😍
That's awesome to hear that you like our project tutorials @Mazz Holmes !! Thank you for saying so....we will continue to create them. That's also great to hear that you will be making one of these hideout cards yourself....we hope that you have as much fun creating it as we did!
That's fabulous @DutchJoan & thank you for the compliments! Thank you as well for sharing that you made it using A5 and everything worked well. We hope you truly enjoyed creating this and that you'll also share it in our FB Group, Nitwit Collections Neighbourhood.....it's a fantastic place!
You could certainly use the same size of mechanism as it would still look good.....but if you wanted to you would increase the sizes by about 20% as this is how much larger a 5 x 7 card is than what I have created in this video.
So pretty, thank you!🩵🩵
Thanks so much @Michelef4 ! We hope you'll make one yourself!!
Thanks a lot, I loved the card and pop-up mechanism, thanks for sharing it ☺️🌷💐🇦🇺

Lovely card!!
I just made a template with an A5 cardbase and the measurements still work! No need to change it.

If I wanted to make my card a 5x7, what size would I need for the mechanism? Or, could it be the same size as yours? Thanks.
