Hey michelle, I really enjoyed your vlog this week - seeing you so happy in your married life makes me smile, and watching your routine unfold really calmed me down for the evening. Gotta say, i’m glad you brought up the importance of limiting screen time - it’s something that I’m working on intentionally as well and hearing you mention it helped remind me to do so. It also feels nice to hear someone else is working towards the same goal of digital minimalism 😊 here’s to us living more fulfilled lives!

Girl what time do you eat dinner?? 😂 my husband and I are starving if I don’t start cooking right after we finish work at 5.
My husband and I eat dinner around 8 every night 🤷🏼♀️ All depends on what you’re used to!

Same. I grew up in a family that ate around 5 every night for dinner. When I learned that other people don't eat until 7 or 8 I was so surprised! Like I'm so hungry by 5:30.

pls stop using makeup wipes! other than they're bad for the environment, they're not good fo ur skin either because they tend to irritate the skin. switch to micellar water instead! or cleansing balm :)
Or if you want to go a super easy route, just grab your favorite oil (i literally use the gel like baby oil) and rub it all over your face to loosen your makeup, then just wash with your normal cleanser! It gets alllll the makeup off and is better for the environment!

I take biotin gummies for hair,skin and nails because I sort of have a hair problem as well except mine is that my hair line is reducing and there are some small bald spots because of stress and my blood, so biotin has helped with my reducing hair line and my nails are growing faster as well.

If you're looking for an alternative to face wipes (saves you money, less wear on your skin that causes wrinkles, and better for the environment) I love the DHC deep cleansing oil!! It's so amazing, feels nice on the face, and isn't overly oily or moisturizing because it lathers well. You use it before washing your face and in place of wipes just with your hands. I highly suggest it!! Helped clear my skin and it is so much better for the planet.
