You should be working on strength training and not running. You will hurt your joints badly. And running won't do anything for loose skin ,but strength training will help significantly.

I didn't even know there were different types. Is there a brand you could recommend that has all types in one? Or how I could be able to tell which products have all of them? After an almost 200 pound loss I'm really struggling to get my body back

It doesn't say that it has all five peptides but because I used it when my daughter got it for me I found that it works. I had originally ordered it because it's supposed to help with joints and muscles but what I found was the skin on my face the wrinkles tightened up so I literally was about 10 years younger looking. But any brand that says it uses all five peptides Roman numeral 1 two,four, five and ten I believe. Also they tell you to take six in a serving I do not take six I take three or four and it works you may have to start out taking all six. I am told that when you lose that much weight the skin has to be surgically removed. good luck
