Insane to have full acceleration cars some without ESP as the Carrera GT near kids. I was at Gran Turismo Polonia and saw what could happen. Please at least have concrete barriers.
This is old air strip near Zagreb, where it all started for Mate...racing his bmw 3 in old days. Numerous drag races were held here including jet powered dragster and sub 10 sec cars, crowd number could get up to 10000 on event... no guarding blocks were ever added or any kind of crash safety beside fence like u see here existed there...from all the crazy high octane racing done there, I do not recall any causalities beside hundred of engines, axles and mostly pride... Should there be at least some kind of protection...fck YEA ...but on the other hand, people like to run with bulls and get killed, so if God stops guarding this strip, it will be blazing and fast death by hypercar 🤣 Lets look on the positives; u can smell the fumes closer to source, experience gush of wind from passing cars and have pain in ears caused by rare occasion where you can hear those monsters from only few metrers away with burried right foot... Life is good...
That looks very dangerous, especially for the spectators, one small mistake or grip problem and a car flies straight into the crowd, it's happened before...
